Personal Training Sessions

Personal Training is a great investment in your health. Personal trainers assess and evaluate your fitness goals to make specific adjustments throughout your workout. Trainers provide professional step-by-step guidance, encouragement, and motivation. Private sessions with a certified Personal Trainer are available and may be customized to fit your needs and goals.

Trainers are great for beginning exercisers and conditioned athletes. For beginners, a trainer/coach can help you get started and be consistent in your workouts. If you are an experienced exerciser, a trainer can help you work on a specific area that you want to refine and improve. All trainers are required to have a degree in Exercise Science or related field and/or have completed an approved national training certification. Personal Training is great for focusing on a specific area or getting ready for a special occasion (class reunion, wedding, anniversary, office golf outing, etc.).

To achieve each member’s healthy goals, Fitness One Nineteen’s professional fitness trainers can design a customized exercise program focused on the individual’s strengths and needs.Each trainer is degreed in an exercise-related field. Each is professionally certified. Each regularly attends continuing education courses. Combining the latest exercise science research with proven techniques, these professionals can design a safe and effective workout for every age and stage.
