Spa One Nineteen is a place for relaxation. Children under the age of eight cannot accompany their parents who are receiving treatments. Child care in the One Nineteen facility is available at certain times throughout the day for a nominal fee.
Spa guests are invited to arrive early to begin your relaxation with a shower, steam, sauna or whirlpool. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time.
Robes and slippers are provided.
In keeping with the tranquility of the spa atmosphere, we ask that you please turn off or place cell phones on silent mode upon your arrival.
While it is best to make appointments in advance, we invite you to call at any time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations or rescheduling of single spa appointments require a 24 hour notice. All multiple services and day packages require 48 hour notice. Appointments not cancelled within these time frames will be charged 50% of the service value.
For your convenience, all traditional spa services have a gratuity surcharge of 15% of service value automatically added at time of check-out. If you prefer to tip the therapist directly or prefer to not tip, just us know when you check-out. This policy excludes gift certificate redemptions where gratuities are added at time of gift certificate purchases. Medi-spa services are also excluded from gratuity surcharge.
Gift Certificates are available for any spa service(s); Spa One Nineteen also offers an excellent selection of yearly and seasonal spa packages. A 15% gratuity will be added to gift certificates at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates may be exchanged for other services or products of the same value. Services cannot be rendered without the actual gift certificate and lost gift certificates are not traceable.
Many of our seasonal packages are designed around scented oils and creams to enhance the holiday experience. These scents are only available for a certain length of time. If you received a holiday package and waited too long to redeem your services, you may substitute the holiday scent with another scent.
Please be sure to alert your service provider of any health problems that may be contraindicative for your spa services. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy, you may want to check with your physician before getting a massage. If at any time you are uncomfortable during a treatment, please inform the therapist. We discourage alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following Spa treatments.
