Sports Performance Program
To excel in all sports, athletes need strength, power, speed, and agility. Our Sports Performance program focuses on strength and power development, linear speed, change of direction, foot speed, plyometrics, and flexibility for enhanced performance. By utilizing scientifically based training principles with proven results, our program equips participants to reach their full athletic abilities. The program benefits young athletes of varied ages and skill levels.

Specific Development (Ages 12-18) — equips the motivated athlete with the strength and speed to gain an edge in his or her sport. This program emphasizes proper form and technique with heavier weights and repetitions with strength, power, and Olympic-lifting exercises. The speed, agility, and plyometric training is designed to be intense, pushing athletes to reach their full abilities. Athletes also receive a full athletic assessment, including body composition, functional mobility assessment, nutrition education, weekly diet analysis, and individual-specific, post-workout recovery drink.
Date/Time: Monday-Thursday; School Year – 4-5 p.m.; Summer Months* – 11 a.m.-Noon & 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Eight Sessions: $215
Twelve Sessions: $265
